I've been providing creative, collaborative, practical counseling for adults and adolescents, with a down to earth, compassionate approach, for 22 years. Focusing on the wisdom within body, mind and spirit, I support people to think, feel and act creatively, find balance, and honor their natural strengths. I integrate dance/movement therapy, drama therapy, expressive arts and Yoga in my work. Areas of focus include life transitions, LGBTQ concerns, women's issues, social justice focus, and spirituality.
