I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and adolescents navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and adjustment to life transitions. I have extensive experience supporting adolescents coping with stress related to social interactions, family conflict, academic challenges, trauma histories, and difficulties with mood and behavior regulation. In addition to individual therapy, I also offer parenting support and family therapy to help strengthen communication, foster understanding and build healthier, more connected relationships.
