My role is to support you in accessing your strengths, building resilience, and gaining insight to create a positive path forward. We will work together to explore your values and inner wisdom while developing skills to move you closer towards your goals for the future. I create a supportive therapeutic space where I offer acceptance and understanding to foster growth. I tailor every experience to support each individual’s unique story and goals while using a trauma-informed, strengths-based, eclectic approach.
