I have enjoyed working therapeutically with adolescents, adults and families for over 25 years. I am amazed by the growth that can happen when you take the initiative to create positive change in your relationships and in your emotional self. I feel honored to be part of this process of growth, change and trust created in a therapeutic relationship. I recognize that the decision to begin the therapeutic journey can be a difficult one and aim to create a comfortable environment and relationship to help foster personal transformation. I am excited to introduce new modalities including plant medicine, Ketamine and other intensives.
