Talking to a new therapist can be challenging and awkward. I approach our work together with a transparent, warm demeanor. I am open with you about the therapeutic process and methods, and I am here to support you in your own journey. I see both adults and children. With kids (and sometimes adults!), I believe in the power of play and art as aids in the therapeutic journey. My goal is to work alongside parents and children as a partner on this journey. In addition to telehealth options, we can meet at an outdoor location to engage our healing in a more physical and fun way that can be especially helpful for kids.
