Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Master's in Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic University and have been practicing for about 10 years. I've worked in many different venues and with several different populations and age ranges. I am trained in EMDR, a type of psychotherapy technique used to treat trauma and other distressing experiences. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then jump into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
