Areas of focus include major life transitions, anxiety, depression, juggling multiple roles (parenting, caretaker, partner, career), health issues, and navigating the inevitability of change and loss. We will work together on a plan that helps generate greater insight, make changes that are difficult, and allows you to live in way that is more aligned with your values.
