Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters degree from Azusa Pacific University and have been practicing for 6 years. I am a neuro affirming therapist that works with kids, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the challenges that come with big life transitions. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel understood and supported. Together, we’ll build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your everyday life. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. You don’t need to have all the answers—we’ll explore what’s been feeling heavy or confusing at your pace. My goal is to understand your unique story so we can create a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and meaningful to you.
