I help children and teens develop tools to overcome low self-esteem, difficulty controlling their emotions, challenges in relationships, little to no motivation, and issues adjusting to change. The children and families I work with learn how to address the barriers that get in the way of their goals to pursuing a joyful, meaningful life.
