About
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly safe and heard. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or just feeling out of sorts. Being in a calm, trusting environment, you can fully explore your thoughts and emotions openly. My clinical work began in addiction treatment, which provided a strong foundation for working with adults with trauma, codependency, relationship and family challenges, as well as helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, anger, compulsions, and acceptance of things out of their control. I don’t use a “one size fits all” approach; What works for one person may not work for another. My style is integrative, blending approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Gestalt, and somatic techniques. At times I may bring your attention to how your thoughts and emotions align with your body, as a means to stay present and decrease anxiety
