Hi, I’m Kim. Maybe you feel emotions deeply but struggle to slow down with them. Maybe pushing through once helped, but now you feel disconnected from yourself or others. This may have been what you needed in the past to survive the storm you were pushing through. I help women move out of survival mode, so they can feel more present and able to show up in relationships. We explore patterns like people-pleasing, emotional avoidance, anxiety, or a harsh inner critic, and begin to understand why they show up. Together, we look at how these patterns once helped you cope and create space for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
