I believe that we all have the power to heal from trauma, change negative thinking patterns, and make positive changes in our lives when we feel supported in a safe and nurturing space. My goal is to help my clients develop deeper insight and awareness of themselves to better understand the barriers that prevent their healing and growth. I work with clients of all ages to process trauma and address difficulties in social, work, and relationship functioning. These problems can include depression, anxiety, loss, low self-esteem, emotional/behavioral dysregulation and major life transitions.
