It can be difficult to recognize and accept that we need support and then challenging to find the right therapist when looking for that support. I believe we all have our own unique experiences and stories, and sometimes we can get stuck in the discomfort and pain from past and present trauma. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for clients to share these struggles and stories. Through collaboration, active listening, and being genuinely present for my clients, I work to promote trust, self-awareness, acceptance, healing, and growth.
