I work with individuals who find that everyday stress, anxiety, life transitions, women’s issues, medical concerns such as chronic illness, and/or symptoms of ADD/ADHD get in their way and feel overwhelming. If you are ready to learn more about yourself and use your strengths to help you make lasting changes, I am here to provide a safe and supportive space to help you work on personal growth. I believe change is always possible if you’re willing to take the next steps. I have provided therapeutic services in school, residential, home based and outpatient settings for over 20 years. I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults to help them reach their potential and overcome conflicts, stressors and challenges. I also have 10+ years of supervisory experience and am available for clinical supervision.
