I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with five years of experience. I have a masters degree in clinical counseling and received training in both school and private practice settings. I am devoted to helping individuals overcome life challenges and improve their mental health. Through a combination of talk therapy, evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and additional methods, I work to support clients in developing coping skills, building resilience, and connecting with community resources.
