I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, committed to helping you navigate through life’s challenges, changes and experiences. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of therapy, therefore I strive to build this relationship first. You and your story are important; and your concerns are my priority. I am passionate about working with teens(16 yrs old & older) and adults dealing with: anxiety, stress, ADHD, relationship issues and life transitions; no matter how small or big the transition may be.
