As people, we often build walls or layers of stone as a protection to life's sometimes rocky terrain. In therapy, I offer safety, compassion, empathy, and deep listening in an almost sacred way for softening to occur and healing to begin. It is an honor to witness this process. You may be feeling stuck, wanting more peace and joy, or desiring clarity, meaning and purpose in your life. Whatever it is that brings you to therapy, know you are not alone.
