I am passionate about working with creative, motivated, hard-working and open-minded individuals and couples. I help you learn to be more comfortable in your own body, honest with yourself and your partner(s), and feel empowered. By providing new structures, tools, and techniques, I think of therapy as an opportunity to try on new ways of being; you take what heals or helps, and leave the rest behind. My professional and personal journey have led me to blend Western Psychology and Eastern Philosophy, mindfulness, compassion, & neuroscience. I offer solution-focused sex therapy to couples in person only.
