When you, your children or family are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, academic issues or the various conflicts of daily life, therapy could help increase your mental strength providing you with the tools needed to navigate these issues. If you are considering therapy for yourself, your child or your family, I would love to help you throughout this process. I am focused on increasing skills and working towards healing, utilizing the art therapy process. Resolving conflict, improving self confidence and instilling a growth mindset are skills for which I have a passion. Art therapy provides an alternative means for expressing yourself. This exploratory process can provide help by utilizing images when words cannot be found. The process of creating art also is a healing agent. I received my Masters of Science Degree in Art Therapy, from Emporia State University and have been working in the field for 23 years.
