I see children of all ages and abilities struggling with feeding difficulties, including food selectivity, difficulty trying new foods, food refusal, and stress with eating in social situations. I have experience working with children with medical issues that affect their eating (including food allergies and GI disorders). Parents often say they wish they could cook just one family meal, take their child out to eat, or go to just one grocery store. I help parents experiencing stress during mealtimes, shopping, cooking, and offering new foods to their children.
