The decision to start therapy is often challenging, and it is my intention to provide a safe environment and supportive experience. I have a particular interest working with individuals who are navigating through difficult transitions including adolescents and young adults, parenting needs, ADHD, relationship struggles, grief and loss, religious/spiritual trauma, or coping with chronic mental illness. I have a passion for working with culturally diverse populations and participate in learning opportunities to learn more about people from various backgrounds and experiences. My primary approach is person centered and trauma informed.
