I believe in a judgement free environment and ensure each client is seen, heard, and understood. I promote positive self-care and engage in activities that lead to a well-balanced life that include fly fishing, hiking and time outdoor adventuring with my amazing rescue pup and family. Each client has authentic circumstances that require a variety of treatment perspectives. Based on the needs of my clients, therapeutic interventions include EMDR, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, attachment based, & mindfulness therapy approaches.
