I am a LCSW with over 20 years working in the field of counseling and mental health serving individuals and couples. I offer in office consultations, as well as on-line telehealth sessions. I specialize in the treatment of interpersonal trauma, anxiety and depression. I believe in an individualized treatment plan that considers mind body and spirit using a strength based approach.
