Do you struggle with difficult memories that keep you from living and thriving? Do you find yourself stuck in destructive patterns of thinking and behaving? Do you struggle with issues of chronic shame or feelings of unworthiness? I want to provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental space, as well as practical, workable, tailored strategies to help you meet your goals. I have a particular passion for working with persons recovering from past trauma. I have specialized training in trauma based therapy (EMDR). I am currently a PhD candidate in social work, and am engaged in research on trauma and resiliency.
