It usually takes couples about 6 years to get help for problems in their relationship or marriage. While there are many reasons for that, it is a long time to be unhappy. Life doesn’t offer us training for maintaining happiness alongside another person. Couples/marriage counseling works, even after infidelity. Sexual and intimate issues are also common but difficult to discuss. I have 20+ years of experience and training regarding these life experiences. I create a safe and comfortable environment for addressing them. For individuals, I deal with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, sexuality, and recovery from addiction.
