I treat the “whole person”- mind, body, emotions and spirit, in a supportive, safe environment, while helping you to define and work towards the goals you set out to achieve. I work with adults experiencing struggles with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, life transition, self-esteem, relationship concerns and perinatal and maternal mental health.
