We will work together to help you find new ways of coping and expressing your emotions. While working with client’s, I use integrative therapy techniques. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Inner Child are some of the approaches that are utilized during sessions.
