Our work together will be a combination of CBT, Psychodynamic Theory and Attachment Theory. Our sessions will be a balance of self-reflection, insight and support while also learning strategies to help cope with the distressing emotions, thoughts or memories you are experiencing. I offer psychoeducation surrounding the science behind why we think, feel and act the way we do, and how we can use this information as part of the treatment process together.
