I specialize in working with adolescents 3+, teens, adults, and families. I work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, medical trauma, chronic illness, attachment, pre/post-natal challenges, and more. I’ve spent nearly a decade supporting children, adolescents, and families through some of life’s most defining and vulnerable moments. I believe deeply in the healing power of connection, play, and being truly seen. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply attuned to each client’s emotional and developmental needs.
