That maybe there is a set of rules on how to be a human, that everyone else but you, seems to have mastered? Perhaps you notice this in your child, and want them to better understand how their unique brain works or to get help digging out of a funk and feel less overwhelmed. Sometimes we just need help getting unstuck and could benefit from strategies to improve relationships or quality of life. The tools, extra encouragement and validation can go a long way. I specialize in working with neurodivergent teens & adults with busy brains! This includes ADHD, Autism, OCD, Anxiety, & Depression. I use humor and out-of-the box tools to help you uncover what is holding you back. I welcome the opportunity to support you in finding more acceptance and joy.
