To those who are looking for someone to talk to: I’m so glad you’re here. I'm glad you're taking these steps toward growth, healing, finding peace, letting go, or taking back. While counseling helps in a variety of ways, it is my belief that the therapeutic relationship is the most impactful. Therefore, my goal is to be a safe, accepting, and competent counselor for you—no matter where you've come from or where you're trying to go. I use a variety of approaches in the counseling space, but my approach is always client-centered and trauma-informed. I also believe that understanding the origin story of your symptoms can help us locate the need that isn't being met or the unhelpful coping mechanisms that are no longer serving you.
