I work with a variety of individuals, from ages 15 to 115, whether they come in seeking symptom relief for depression or anxiety, or they are facing challenges involving more existential issues. I believe in building a strong trusting relationship with those I work with, and with this type of foundation in place, we can explore everything from grief and loss, to issues surrounding sexuality; from how you see your place in this world, to ways that you can best integrate yourself into it. Your conception of your own self-actualization is my most important guideline.
