Everyone has problems. Not everyone has someone to talk to who actually gets it. I am passionate about providing a practical, interactive, solution-focused treatment approach to therapy. I offer a supportive environment with certifications and expertise in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, IFS, DBT, Virtual Reality, RLT: Couples Counseling and Sex Therapy: ASSECT trained. Through these skills I help clients find real solutions to a wide range of issues including, but not limited to: trauma, anxiety, relationship issues and depression. Working mostly with young adults, women and couples experiencing difficulties with relationships, addressing unresolved trauma, negative self-image and improving self-esteem.
