I work with children, teens, young adults, and families to address challenges like anxiety, depression, academic stress, social struggles, behavioral concerns and family dynamics. In a safe space, we focus on building resilience, developing coping skills, and improving self-esteem. I also collaborate with families to enhance communication, foster positive relationships, and create a nurturing environment. Together, we work to manage emotions, build trust, and achieve goals, empowering individuals and families to reach their full potential. I provide therapy for children, teens, and young adults using approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and social skills development. Together, we’ll create personalized goals to build resilience, strengthen healthy coping skills, and support overall emotional well-being.
