Hi, I’m Kimberly Laudin and I’m so glad you decided to read my bio! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I unquestionably love what I do. I’ve worked with a variety of mental health issues, having extensive experience working with anxiety disorders, eating disorders, OCD and related disorders, trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), self-esteem, depression, disordered eating, and body dysmorphia. I take a Health in Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating (IE) approach providing a warm and non-judgment environment. The decision to start therapy can be difficult, but I’m here to extend you with that emotional safety, guidance and support.
