Hi, I'm Dr. Kim Lawson. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to support, empower, and challenge you in that journey. You are the expert of your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming what is keeping you from your best life. I am a licensed psychologist with 20 years of professional work experience. My experience includes helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, coping with life changes, trauma, and end-of-life issues. I listen to what is being communicated and what is being omitted when someone is sharing their story in order to understand the whole picture and the unique dynamics of each person's issues and struggles. I am very kind and compassionate, but also challenge individuals in order to move toward change.
