I enjoy counseling all individuals and feel especially called to work with women walking through seasons of depression, anxiety, loss, anger, marriage, and family problems. I am passionate about getting to know my clients, especially amid pain, and walking with them as they work toward understanding their own story. My approach is being in the exact moment you are in, providing tools to help you while I gently challenge you to face the emotions that are scary to be in.
