I’d love to provide support to you, your family, you & your partner, or your child along the way while you work in concert to find the root of the “problem” that is manifesting itself in the symptoms that you're experiencing. I'm, to the utmost, passionate about helping people. I foster a safe environment that's entirely non-judgmental where you can feel free to express yourself. I truly believe that a healthy counseling relationship is instrumental in promoting growth and happiness. I am an Army veteran of over 20 year on active duty. I have formal training/experience in Master Resilience Trainer (MRT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Play Therapy, Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Art therapy, and many more.
