I specialize in aiding those confronting chronic illness, eating disorders, depression, and trauma. With personal experience in medical illness, I reject the notion of identifying solely with disorders, viewing them as one facet among many. Navigating life with chronic illness can be challenging, from sharing experiences with others to articulating its complexities. In therapy, I offer understanding and support, fostering resilience and helping clients build a holistic, empowered sense of self. My approach is client-centered.
