My goal is to show up as a warm and welcoming therapist—with a dash of humor and wit—because let’s face it, a little laughter can go a long way in the healing process. My approach is individualized and intuitive: I shape our work based on how the client or couple is showing up in the moment and what I sense they most need emotionally and energetically. I thoughtfully incorporate my knowledge and training into each session to support meaningful insight, growth, and healing. Ultimately, I strive to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and deeply attuned to each person or relationship dynamic. My specialties include: trauma and grief therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples, I help partners build stronger and more connected relationships. I welcome all types of couples-straight, queer, and beyond. I have training and experience supporting clients navigate ADHD and have a deep passion for perinatal mental health (postpartum anxiety/depression).
