My area of special interest is working with tweens/adolescents, young adults and families dealing with anxiety, ADHD, personality disorders, self esteem issues, peer relationships, and divorce. I believe it is vital to create a safe space and assist clients to make positive decisions that will allow for gratifying experiences and healthy relationship connections. Together, as a team, I work with my clients to set goals, work on skills and discover a plan that is specifically designed to meet their needs.
