I am passionate about helping others and my specialty is helping couples improve their relationship. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal and relationship challenges. I provide a safe, structured environment and work collaboratively with clients to develop the skills and implement the tools needed to live a fulfilling life and develop satisfying relationships. I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Clients find me to be warm, engaged and compassionate but I can be direct when necessary. I use humor in session and enjoy being creative in my work.
