Mental health is an important part of our lives which impacts our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. All of us deserve a place where we can share our most challenging experiences, cope with feelings, and feel empowered to live life. I provide mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. I bring positive energy to my approach and utilize a strengths-based style to allow clients to work through daily challenges and life adjustments. I use a variety of approaches and I customize my style toward the needs of each and every individual.
