I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in teaching effective communication, emotional regulation, coping skills, conflict resolution and interpersonal relationship skills. I provide therapy for individuals, adolescents, couples and families, to help promote and facilitate strong healthy relationships. I am passionate about strengthening and empowering clients, through mental, physical, and spiritual growth. I believe in a holistic approach, where individuals can gain what's needed to overcome life's obstacles, live healthier and impactful lives in positive ways. Christian-faith based is welcomed, if desired.
