I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 3 years of experience. I’m an Afro-Caribbean woman of color and a first-generation immigrant to immigrant parents, so I understand the unique issues around identity exploration, intersectionality, and the implications of systems of oppression that one may face. I specialize in assisting adolescents and adults with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, stress, emotional distress, intolerance, emotional dysregulation, relationship issues, body image and eating disorders, and self-esteem concerns.
