I believe that meaningful change begins with an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and honest therapeutic relationship. My role as a therapist is to meet each person where they are- allowing them to feel heard and supported while navigating life's challenges. With over 15 years of experience (including 10 yrs as a School Counselor), I have worked extensively with children, teens, college students, adults and parents from diverse backgrounds. I'm passionate about helping clients manage emotions, reduce anxiety and depression ,build social skills and develop effective coping strategies.
