Hi, my name is Vanessa. I am a member of the Journeys Counseling Center team in both Colorado and Arizona. I know that finding a provider who is a good fit can be challenging! I love coming alongside individuals as they navigate the difficult circumstances of life. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as well as those struggling with body shame, religious trauma, singleness, and parenting and relationship issues. I am also passionate about working with young/early career professionals as well as other therapists, as I believe we all need support as we navigate the increasingly challenging professional landscape. I am a Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 2 trained clinician, and my practice focuses on integrating the body, emotions, and brain as a way to bring deep relief to clients. I am fully trauma informed and have a collaborative, experiential style. I am licensed in both Arizona and Colorado and am able to provide both in person and telehealth sessions.
