I am here to help you no matter what you are going through! I have been a mental health counselor since 2007 and specialize in a variety of therapies including trauma; grief counseling; anxiety disorders and depression. I have worked with all ages including adolescents. I've worked in private practice as well as non-profit. Most importantly; I use an eclectic approach because I know that everyone is different and no problem is the same as any other. I have the greatest respect for all people and believe that people are inherently good. My goal is to help you to figure out how to live your best life!
