I provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals, couples, and families to reconnect with themselves and with each other. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or self-esteem challenges, I’m here to listen with empathy and encouragement. Together, we’ll work toward understanding, healing, and growth. For couples and families, I support you in strengthening bonds through healthy boundaries, open communication, and a deeper appreciation of one another. I work collaboratively with my clients from a systemic lens which allows us to address issues from all angles of a client's life. I lead with a strength based and person centered approach and enjoy incorporating art, music, and play as tools to unlock aspects of our life that don't always make sense to us verbally.
