Welcome! I work with those seeking healing from eating disorders (orthorexia, anorexia, bulimia, BED, etc.), disordered eating, and related issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and more. I work from a trauma-informed and neurodivergent informed lens. I honor your lived experience, knowledge, and strengths as essential in the therapeutic process. My ethical principles are rooted in social justice with a foundation in (and continued study of) Health At Every Size (HAES) principles, the Association for Size Diversity And Health (ASDAH) guiding values, The Center for Body Trust values, Harm Reduction principles, National Association of Social Workers (NASW) ethics, and LGBTQIA+ rights.
